This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which UPWARDS COACHING LLC (hereinafter called the “Company”), uses, maintains and discloses information collected from users and visitors of the www.upwardscoaching.com website (“Site”). Collecting and Using Your Personal Data


The Company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides the online platform that allows the Company to sell products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications.


All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by the Site adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by the Site and its service providers.


While using the Site you may be asked to provide certain personal identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you. Personal identifiable information may include, but is not limited to:

The Company may use Google Analytics to analyze the use of the Site. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act

The Site does not address anyone under the age of 13. Anyone under the age of 13 must have a parent or guardian provide consent to use this Site. The Company does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13.
